   Proposal Description:
   Through prior data queries, we have assembled a database of pathological          changes occurring in the brains of persons with autosomal dominant AD (ADAD)      mutations we are the process of comparing to those in late-onset AD.  In this     ADAD population, a significant minority (13) were found to have significant       Lewy Body Pathology.  Though less than that in late-onset AD, this seems more     than would be expected by age alone.  Therefore, we would like to compare this    group to a group of cognitively normal persons for whom this variable is          available.  We would like this group to be as closely matched as possible to      our ADAD group with regards to age, gender, race, and ethnicity.  We can send     the breakdown of our ADAD group by these variables as attachments or in a         separate email.
